After a hard day's racking up credit card debt on Regent Street, weary shoppers can refresh themselves on Aqua's lovely roof terrace, which offers a rare glimpse of London's skyline. Push those credit cards just a little further and treat yourself to one of their excellent expensive cocktails. Part of a motley 'concept' that includes both a sushi and a tapas restaurant (frankly, the jury is still out on the dining options), the terrace is accessed via an easy-to-miss ground-floor foyer reminiscent of a 1980s strip club, replete with velveteen curtains and leatherette Barcelona chairs. Do not let this put you off. The sweet spot is on a sunny Saturday afternoon between 4 and 7pm – expect to wait about half an hour for a table, tops, and then enjoy your drinks at leisure. However, once the sun goes down, the WAGs arrive en masse – the general rule is that once you spot your second reality-TV star, it's time to leave.
